Arizona Parallel Inspections is a branch of Protect Property Inspections, LLC. PPI is a local Arizona inspection company with 7 licensed home inspectors. Students who perform their parallel inspections with us will be lead by the most experienced and elite home inspectors in the industry. Mentors are local inspectors in Arizona with experience in local construction methods, trades and standards.
Arizona Parallel Inspections hires only the best mentors, and then trains them so that the student gets only the best training available. With that said, Arizona Parallels is also a partner of Inspection Career Training Academy, LLC (ICTA).
ICTA is one of only two State licensed inspection schools in Arizona who provides parallel inspections, and the ONLY licensed school to provide FREE industry leading software to be used for the 30 parallel inspection reports.
We provide the report template and training on the report software, as well as the report feedback to ensure each student writes 30 BTR compliant reports.
